Winter 2008 By Ed Banning, Mission of Hope Board member
The Mission of Hope just completed a yearlong contract for marketing services with Petrick Outsourcing Unlimited, Inc. of Woodstock, VA. Funding for this service was a corporate donation. Business and Marketing Consultant Annette Petrick was hired to acquaint businesses, the public and church communities with the Mission’s track record and benefits, encouraging sponsorships for this worthwhile cause. - READ MORE

Volunteer Efforts Appreciated
Winter 2008
In 2007, hundreds of volunteers helped the Mission of Hope with its vision. Volunteers installed a new phone system, did administrative work and assisted with projects. The new Mission website was built by an anonymous Internet professional. More than 12,000 meals were prepared and served throughout the year — mostly by volunteers. - READ MORE
